As a wife and mom of three, and a woman rooted in strong faith, she brings heart, intention, and purpose into everything she creates. What began in 2022 as a small salon inside a garage was transformed into a one-of-a-kind, industrial glam space—turning something unexpected into something beautiful and setting the tone for what Brushed would become. From the very beginning, Carrianne set out to create more than just a place for services, but an environment rooted in connection, creativity, and genuine attention to each guest experience. As the salon grew, so did the people within it. Talented team members joined along the way, and together they built not only a strong, supportive team, but a loyal and ever-growing family of clientele. It was this growth—of both the team and the community—that made it clear the space could no longer keep up with the vision, leading to the search for a new salon home. With a deep commitment to continued education, Carrianne has cultivated a culture that prioritizes both personal and professional growth, while delivering an elevated guest experience. She is passionate about mentoring her team, creating opportunities for growth, and building a business that supports both the people who work within it and the guests they serve. In 2026, that vision came to life in a custom-designed space, bringing Brushed Salon and Glow Aesthetics together under one roof. While each brand has its own identity and entrance, they are seamlessly connected—allowing guests to experience a full self-care day, from hair to skin, all in one place. Carrianne feels deeply grateful for the opportunity she has been given and is passionate about using that blessing to make a difference—not only within her team, but in every guest who sits in a chair at Brushed, and in the community they serve.
